Pessoal, criei o device.hints com base no exemplo online e passou pelo 
installworld KERN...
Mas após o reboot em single user e tentar o make installworld abortou  com:

Running test variables

PASS: Test sysvmatch detected no regression.
Running test lhs_expn
PASS: Test lhs_expn detected no regression.
Running test notdef
PASS: Test notdef detected no regression.

PASS: Test modifiers detected no regression.
Running test funny_targets
PASS: Test funny_targets detected no regression.
Checking to see if your booted kernel is fresh enough..

*** Error code 140

Stop in /usr/src.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
