[FUGSPBR] Wireless cards

Pois é...

Parece que o sonho de ter uma redezinha wireless está ficando mais próximo...

o OpenBSD tem suporte à * US Robotics 2415 PCI (rebadged WL11000P) com o 
driver wi. O FreeBSD afirma que DEVE funcionar (é o que está escrito na man 
page do wi).

pode não ser exatamente barato, mas é um começo...

Difícil é ter que brigar com o tal do "mas eu queria uma de 22 MBits, e não 
um de 11; Mas eu não tenho grana..."...

Em tempo: a placa de 22 MBits supoorta criptografia de 256 bits e 
autenticação por MAc address. Se funciona mesmo não sei, mas se funcionar, 
vai ser um ENORME avanço em segurança wireless.

Bom... Mas aí estão as boas notícias.
