Rafael,
Segue abaixo parte do meu squid.conf que eu posso te mandar

Tb tenho um server com 512Mb, e tb roda apenas o squid

  Meu FreeBSD roda o squid , mas passados mais de 10 horas a máquina trava, pois o squid está ocupando a mémoria swap, sendo que a máquina tem 512 de MB e nela só roda o squid , alguem tem alguma solução para me ajudar .
