[FUGSPBR] 5432 em Modo Listen

Fala Alcyr,

na hora de inicializar o seu postgres, use a opcao -i do postmaster.

Para maiores imformacoes, man postmaster:
 -i     Allows  clients  to  connect  via  TCP/IP (Internet
              domain)  connections.  Without  this  option,  only
              local  Unix domain socket connections are accepted.
