Joao, exemplo:

Rede a: 192.168.10.0/24
Rede B: 192.168.20.0/24

Vpn: ponta a:

172.16.1.1/30

Ponta b:

172.16.1.2/30 

(depois de fechado, obviamente).

Então teriamos na ponta a:

Route add -net 192.168.20.0/24 172.16.1.1

E na ponta b

Route add -net 192.168.10.0/24 172.16.1.2

Certo?
