Mas quando damos um make install clean na pasta /usr/ports/net/asterisk

Ele instala TUDO.. inclusive o addons...

Como faço para não compilar o addons?

Na verdade, você só instala o suporte à banco de dados se você compilar 
e instalar o asterisk-addons.

Se você tira o cdr.conf, dá core dump também? Já tentou trocar memória 
da máquina, alguma coisa assim?
