Então podemos tentar um ping estendido:

#ping -S 201.xx.xxx.1 www.uol.com.br por exemplo.

Isto vai forçar o ping a sair com o IP da fxp0(201.xx.xxx.1).

O ping sem esta opção vai fazer a requisição a sair com o ip da xl0(wan),
que a operadora pode bloquear, já que ele não é publico.
