[FUG-BR] link state changed to UP/DOWN

Consegui resolver pessoal.

Quando eu tinha feito a atualização, nos merges da vida, eu mandei dar um
"install" no arquivo /etc/ttys.

Agora pergunto: pra que diabos serve este arquivo e o que ele tem a ver a
questão de conexão com rede pública?
