[FUG-BR] tentando colocar o cups para rodar no FreeBSD 8

Voltei ao intento de colocar a minha impressora HP1020 funcionando em 
uma máquina FreeBSD. Escolhi uma rodando o 8-RELEASE porque parece que a 
configuração é mais fácil do que nos releases anteriores. Quando chegou 
o momento de colocar o CUPS no ar
(/usr/local/etc/rc.d/cupsd onestart), mas quando eu abro o firefox e 
digito http://nomedamaquinalocal:631 (onde o nomedamaquinalocal pode ser 
hostname ou o IP da máquina), nada acontece. Achei que o problema 
poderia estar no apache
(eu fiz um /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache22 onestart ou restart) e continuou 
sem funcionar.

Abaixo, vai o /usr/local/etc/cups/cups.conf:
