[FUG-BR] CARP - Alta disponibilidade de ips /30

o lance todo do freevrrp é isso, é um pouco antigo e não tem tanta integração quanto tem o carp.

é uso ele como alternativa, em cenários onde eu só tenho um /30 disponivel.
