Bem ninguém melhor que o próprio Colin pra indicar seu sucessor.  :)  
Pelo jeito Simon já estava até substituindo ele em alguns momentos de 
ausência.
Pelo jeito era o braço direito dele e como o Core Team apoiou então que 
seja bem vindo e que mantenha nosso sistema cada vez mais seguro. :D
