Opa Otacílio,

No FreeBSD 10 até tem umas variáveis WITH_ pra por no make.conf 
relacionadas à libiconv mas no /usr/src/UPDATING do 9.x não fala desses 
carinhas e eu já havia resolvido mexendo nos Makefiles deles.
