É uma pena, mais isso me lembra vida de suport onde o usuário já chega colocando o nabo em perguntar se a terra está fofa!!!
Meu caro, no smart seu HD está bom a midia é que aparece ter problemas, roda o software do fabricante do disco para ter uma informação mais confiavel.
