Bem uma mensagem é porque você tem menos de 4Gb de ram e por isso 
deveria setar:  vfs.zfs.prefetch_disable=0 no /boot/loader.conf  o 
restante me parece que você está tendo problemas com o disco. Dá uma 
verificada no(s) disco(s). Se tiver passe um HDD Regenerator mas 
logicamente que é sempre bom um backup.
