A tecnologia de jails no FreeBSD foi atualizada com um novo recurso interessante:

Adicionar hierarquia de jails. Uma jail pode virtualizar seu ambiente criando uma jail filho, o que é visível para esta jail e para quaisquer jails "mãe". Jails filho podem ser restringidas mais do que as jails mãe, mas nunca menos. Os nomes da jail refletem esta hierarquia, sendo MIB-style com strings separadas por ponto (.).

I tried unsuccessfully to run mutilple versions of FreeBSD under VirtualBox and had issue after issue, and I'm not the only one.If you want to run FreeBSD virtualized, then VMWare is my suggestion.
